INDAIR bag filter dust collectors are high-efficiency fabric filtration systems designed for industries requiring strict dust control and emission compliance. Using woven or felt filter bags, our systems capture 99.9%+ of particulate matter including sub-micron particles from air and gas streams.
We offer pulse-jet cleaned (PJBF), reverse air cleaned (RABF), and mechanical shaker types depending on your application's dust load, temperature, and maintenance preference. Pulse-jet types are the most common, using compressed air pulses to clean filter bags automatically while the system continues operating.
Bag materials include polyester felt (standard), polypropylene (chemical resistance), Nomex (up to 260°C), fiberglass (high temperature), and PTFE membrane for extremely fine particle capture. Housings are manufactured in MS, GI, or SS depending on the corrosivity of the gas stream.
